An interesting approach to a room divider…
To prove that you can do almost anything when it comes to room dividers take a look at these samples. All of them are unique and full of style. Don’t be afraid to experiment and do crazy things with your home decor. It’s fun!
My favorite image of a room divider is the cheese grater! It looks exactly like a giant cheese grater. Now obviously we don’t know if it is sharp like one, so probably not good for little children. I don’t think it would be something I’d have in my home, a little too crazy for my taste.

This next one is a very strange way to divide a room. This, um, shall I say, artist has created bulky paper room dividers to hang from the ceiling. They look like they’ve been cut and carved into fun shapes and there is a mass quantity of them. Again, not something I’d choose for my home, but a very artistic way of making your own room divider.
This is by far the craziest and strangest room divider I have ever seen. It’s like a McDonald’s playhouse piece, only used seriously in someone’s home. I can’t figure out what the material is made from. Check out the video and watch how they move like they are foam. They remind me of those foam noodles kids play with in the pool. I’m not sure why you’d ever want this in your home, but again just proof that anything goes when it comes to room dividers.

StacksandStacks.com even has its share of interesting room dividers. This piece is a very artsy, futuristic type of room divider. I can think of the first thing any child would do when left alone with it, so maybe not for children. While unique, it is a fun way to add different pieces to your home decor collection.
So, when choosing a room divider, take in to consideration that it can be just about anything you want it to be. If you have the means to create it, your options are endless.
Have you created a crazy room divider? Have an idea for a room divider you’d like to construct one day? Share!
